The plan comes first. Then the yard.
3D outdoor design for high end contractors across the United States.
A GrowthPoint hardscape sheet, shown over a contractor site photo. Two different projects.
Everything you need to sell the job.
One request comes back as a full design package your client can understand and your crew can build from.
3D Renderings
Photoreal 3D views of the finished space, so your client can see the layout, the materials and the lighting long before they see a price.
022D Site Plans
Three 2D plans with clear dimensions, square footages and material callouts, so you can estimate the job properly and your crew can build it without guessing.
033D Videos and Virtual Tours
A moving walkthrough of the design your client can watch on any screen, so the space reads clearly from every angle, not just the one view on the page.
04Online Client Presentations
We walk the finished design with you and your client online, so the plan gets presented properly and questions get answered while everyone is still on the call.
Show the client the project before they see a price.
GrowthPoint Design helps landscape and hardscape contractors show clients exactly what an outdoor project will look like before they see a price. Everything starts with a clear plan.
We build 3D designs that make the layout, the materials and the finished look easy to understand, so everyone stays on the same page from the start and change orders stay rare. Every design comes with 3D renderings, video, site plans and measurements, so you can price the job, present it clearly and hand your crew something they can build from.

Designs go public once the contractor has presented the job to their homeowner, so what you see here is what has cleared that stage.

Hardscape Material Plan
A full hardscape sheet: bluestone patio at 685.3 sq ft, 101.2 sq ft of fieldstone retaining wall, six granite steps and a cobblestone apron, all dimensioned and called out so the crew can price it and build it without guessing.
